How early should I reserve my linens?

You can reserve your linens 1 to 6 months in advance, we will our best to accommodate last minute orders, but that will be based on availability.

 

How late can I change my order?

Final changes to an existing order can be made up to three weeks prior to your event.  We will do our best to try to meet your needs.

 

Can I pickup my linens?

Yes, linens can be picked up from Philadelphia, Yeadon.   Linens can be picked up 1-2 days in advance.

 

Cancellation of my order?

All cancellations made 30 days or more will receive 50% refund.  Date changes are acceptable.

 

Method of payments

We accept debit, credit, cash, and checks online invoices can be send upon request.  Cash On Delivery payments are not acceptable, deposits can be charged which will be REVERSED once the merchandise has been returned and counted.  Any missing linens cost will be deducted from your security deposit.  NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED THE WEEK OF YOUR EVENT.

 

Rental Agreement

All rentals require a signed contract.  Our contract can be fax, email or regular USPS mail to you, if time is a factor it can be overnight at the customers expense.  Once the merchandise is returned you will receive a VOID copy of the contract.

 

Delivery

All rental items are delivered at the designated location unless other arrangements have been made.  Items that are to be setup by us will be delivered by us and set up at the agree upon location.  All items are counted before and after the event.

 

Care of Linens

Please remove all food, paper, vases etc. from tablecloths and place all WET linens in a separate plastic bag.  Damage fees will be deducted from your security deposit from linens damage from candles, oils etc.

 

Unused linens

There are no refunds for unused linens.

 

Shipping

Yes, we ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS and GREYHOUND.  Last-minute orders can be shipped overnight at the customer’s expense.  Linens are to be returned 1-2 days after your event unless other arrangements have been made.

 

    

To make your pickup and return easy and headache-free here are a few tips:

  1. PLEASE REMOVE ANY DEBRIS SUCH AS CONFETTI, NAPKINS, CUPS, FOOD, FAVORS/SOUVENIRS, UTENSILS, FAVORS, PROGRAMS, BEER & WATER BOTTLES, PICTURES ETC. FROM LINENS.

       

 

   2. IF LINENS ARE WET PLEASE PLACE IN A SEPARATE BAG.

 

   3. IF YOU ARE RETURN LINENS TO US, JUST BRING THEM TO THE

        PORCH AND RING BELL OR CALL AND LEAVE A VOICE MAIL   MESSAGE THAT YOU HAVE RETURN LINENS.

 

  4. IF YOU NEED US TO COUNT THE LINENS IN YOUR PRESENTS

      THEN SET A SCHEDULE TIME FOR DROP OFF.  IF ANY LINENS

      ARE MISSING WE WILL GIVE YOU A “MISSING LINENS REMINDER FORM”.

 

  5. YOUR RETURNABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 1-7

      DAYS FOR CREDIT CARDS DEPENDING ON YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER AND 7 DAYS FOR CASH DEPOSITS.

 

      Please return linens as soon as possible, if linens are kept for more then 2 days after your event date you may be charge          additional fees.
